This Privacy Policy explains how Poza (“Poza”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use our websites, mobile and web applications, and related services (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you acknowledge this Policy.

3. How we use information
We use personal information to:

4. Biometric and identity data
Where you complete selfie, liveness, or document checks, we process those signals and related images solely to verify identity, prevent fraud, and meet regulatory requirements. We do not sell biometric identifiers. Retention is limited to what is needed for verification, audit, dispute handling, and legal obligations, after which data is deleted or de-identified where practicable.
5. Sharing
We share personal information only as needed to operate the Services:
- Service providers and licensed partners that power identity verification, payments, card issuing, banking rails, or brokerage (for example Airwallex or Alpaca), under contractual confidentiality and purpose limits;
- Professional advisers such as auditors, lawyers, or compliance consultants under confidentiality duties;
- Authorities and regulators when required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and security;
- Corporate transactions if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, subject to appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell your personal information.
6. International transfers
Poza and our partners may process data in countries other than where you live. Where we transfer personal information internationally, we use appropriate safeguards required by applicable law, such as contractual protections and partner compliance commitments.
7. Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, meet AML/KYC and financial record-keeping rules, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and jurisdiction. When no longer needed, we delete or anonymize data where feasible.
8. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including access controls, encryption in transit, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please protect your credentials and notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal information, or to object to certain processing. You can also update some account details in-product or by contacting privacy@poza.co. We may need to verify your request and retain limited information where the law requires it.
